PRESERVED in vibemis-agent-meta: the A1-A6 matrix logs, A1/A2 trace CSVs, and the analysis harness (a-matrix.sh, bl2531-matrix.sh, matrix-lib.sh, bl2531-analyze.py) - 26 files. The methodology survived, so a re-run compares directly against the reference numbers instead of starting an incompatible baseline. GONE: D1/D2/D3 and both soaks, including the trace behind the 67.5s collapse; those must be re-captured on the current pre-fix alpha before the re-vendor can be evaluated.
