XOShift Game AI

Overview

XOShift is a strategic variant of Tic-Tac-Toe played on a 3x3, 4x4, or 5x5 board.
Instead of placing symbols, players shift pieces from the rim toward the board.
The goal is to align a full row, column, or diagonal.
