XLS→YAML変換をMavenプラグインゴールとして実行できるようにするため、 nablarch-testing-converterをtest依存からbuildプラグインに変更。 mvn nablarch-testing-converter:convert で変換可能。 Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
