After this row promotes RC2 as the current ULP release, FLASHING.md line 74 still directs users to the RC1 release. Anyone following the README's linked installation guidance can therefore download and install the superseded firmware instead of the newly cataloged artifacts; update that release link alongside this promotion.

Pins ULP Solar Repeaters to exact release commit
f1ad326267618d03027a745258a2b5718d098d7dand replaces all RC1 catalog artifacts with independently verified RC2 assets. Updates the suite table to RC2.
