Adds one stable required check for the complete RCC6 BLE/Web/Ultimate firmware matrix, while retaining the existing native tests and WebUI verification. Also prevents duplicate push + pull-request builds for codex branches and gives the inherited upstream-only job an honest name.\n\nNo firmware source, release asset, or device behavior changes.
