Adds separate Ultimate BLE/Web companion targets plus an Ultimate Repeater Web target. Companion features include persistent history and metrics, recent-node diagnostics, compact OLED Network/Ultimate pages, AP/LAN WebUI, location/settings APIs, and TCP/5000. The repeater image keeps the native MeshCore repeater engine and adds authenticated AP/LAN onboarding, live mesh/radio/packet/battery/airtime status, recent neighbors, graphs, flood adverts, and a restricted configuration surface. Existing BLE/USB targets remain. BLE, companion Web, and repeater Web are separate images; TCP is trusted-LAN admin access only in the companion Web image.
