- Refactored TimerSystem to count down Pomodoro in 1-second ticks, emitting live `pomodoro_tick` signals. - Enhanced TrayMenu to update tray tooltip and menu items dynamically with countdown progress and visibility toggle. - Implemented `update_tooltip` in PetWindow to show friendship progress, KPS record, and active countdown timer. - Integrated automatic tooltip updates with the InputManager watchdog timer. - Added comprehensive unit tests in `tests/test_timer_system.py` to cover new features.

Implements a fully functional Pomodoro countdown timer and interactive localized hover tooltips. It adds real-time feedback, interactive controls, and much-improved UX for desktop pet interaction and productivity features. All tests are passing successfully.
