Implement Cycle 19 Improvements, New Micro-Course and Fix Daily Energy Forecast

This PR introduces educational, functional, and stability enhancements for Cycle 19 of the Sober Path application:

1. Fixes the duplicated getDailyEnergyForecast declaration in AICoachService and correctly propagates dailyEnergy within getUserInsights.
2. Updates and aligns DailyEnergy.test.ts to test physicalResilience, moodWellness, mentalClarity, energyLevel, and recommendations.
3. Implements the 'Преодоление социальной тревожности' (social_anxiety_overcome) educational micro-course with 3 fully-authored lessons in microCoursesDatabase.ts.
4. Adds automated Jest unit tests inside tests/microCourses.test.ts verifying the correct parsing and structure of the new course.
5. Eliminates two duplicate ESLint errors in community.tsx due to duplicate keys in StyleSheet.
6. Bumps package.json and app.json to v1.19.0, documents the changes in RELEASE_NOTES_v1.19.0.md, and rolls over tasks for Cycle 20.
