Implement Daily Energy Forecast, Sober Buddy, Audio Coach and Interactive Course Quizzes

This release completes Cycle 18 improvements for the Sober Path application:

1. Developed the 'Daily Energy Forecast' (Энергия дня) Bento widget on the Home page based on physical, emotional, and mental state log analytics.
2. Implemented the 'Sober Buddy' (Трезвый напарник) module in the Community feed supporting pairing, daily support pulses with tactile Haptics feedback, and +15 Karma points rewards.
3. Created the 'Sobriety Biohacking' (Биохакинг трезвости) course and added interactive multiple-choice quizzes to all 6 courses with progress updates, correct/wrong visual validation, Haptics, and +50 Karma rewards.
4. Integrated simulated Audio Message Support for the AI Coach including visual recording progress and TTS responses.
5. Resolved duplicate declarations in services, fixed styling collisions, cleared TypeScript compile errors, and verified that 100% of unit tests pass.
6. Generated and saved a visual UI layout screenshot to assets/screenshots/energy_forecast_home_final.png.
7. Updated TASKS.md and .jules/bolt.md.
