Update the add-on for the 1.6.0 release with the Gemini 3.1 Live migration, DPAPI-backed API key storage, and GEMINI_API_KEY support. Refresh translations and localized documentation to match the new UI and release notes. Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
