I wanted that the layer switcher should preserve the current visibility of the layers, and the layers need not be switched off when this control is used.
This has also been requested in #20
I have added an option called
preserveLayerVisibility. When it set to 'true`, the control will read the current visibility state of each operational layer, and sets the checkbox accordingly.This option does not affect how the control switches the base layers on and off.
This PR Fixes #20
