Keep the CPU wheel on its documented torch 2.9.1 pairing. Pin the Intel source build to vLLM 0.26.0 and use its torch 2.12 / triton-xpu 3.7.1 dependency set so upstream main cannot drift underneath CI. Assisted-by: Codex:gpt-5
