Removes the remaining stale RmlUi launcher references from docs/tools and keeps the ImGui launcher path as the active UI integration.\n\nAlso adds a small controller source persistence helper plus a regression test for the round-trip behavior touched by the launcher settings path.\n\nVerification run locally:\n- git grep for RmlUi/Rml::/PSX_LAUNCHER/launcher.rml/launcher_art returned no tracked hits\n- git diff --check passed\n- g++ -std=c++17 -Wall -Wextra -Werror -Iruntime/include runtime/tests/test_launcher_device_roundtrip.cpp passed and the test executable ran cleanly\n\nNote: local full CMake configure required using C:\msys64\mingw64\bin\cmake.exe to avoid mixing devkitPro MSYS CMake with MSYS64 Ninja/compilers.
