The live-refreshing kanban/dashboard shipped (v0.3.0 on PyPI). Archive the change and sync its delta into openspec/specs/openspec-tui/spec.md: - MODIFIED 'Dashboard view of changes and specs': + live-refresh clause + 'External change reflected while dashboard is open' scenario - MODIFIED 'Kanban pipeline view of changes': + live-refresh clause + 'External change reflected while view is open' and 'Polling cost between changes' scenarios - ADDED 'Live refresh with pause and indicator' (4 scenarios) - ADDED 'Polling pauses during foreground edits' (2 scenarios) Existing scenarios preserved; main spec validates; openspec doctor healthy.

Archives the add-live-kanban change (fully implemented and verified — v0.3.0 live on PyPI, PR #8 merged).
