Generates the native shells per the runbook in apps/mobile/README.md and fixes two issues found along the way:

  • cap add ios / cap add android output committed (the README's step 3). The apps/mobile/.gitignore that excluded ios/ and android/ contradicted the README and is removed — signing config, icons, and orientation tweaks live in these directories and need version control.
  • The Capacitor plugins (@capacitor/app, splash-screen, status-bar) were declared only in the root package.json, which the Capacitor CLI does not scan — the generated projects contained zero plugins, so splash hide, status-bar overlay control, and the Android back button would silently no-op. They are now mirrored into apps/mobile/package.json (same versions already in the workspace; no new dependencies).

Verified: simulator build succeeds (BUILD SUCCEEDED, 3 plugins detected on both platforms), orientation unpinned on both platforms per the README checks, bundled audio/models present in both native copies.

Follow-up commits on this branch:

  • Fix the scene-load hang in the native shells: WKWebView reports XHR status 0 for successful capacitor:// audio responses, which the loader treated as failure.
  • Issue Sound doesn't play on mobile when phone is on silent #89: declare a playback audio session (JS navigator.audioSession for Safari + WKWebView, AVAudioSession in the AppDelegate) so songs play through the iOS silent switch like any music app.
