Replace quic.Connection with *quic.Conn to match the new API. Bump Go requirement to 1.24. The new quic-go no longer needs per-Go-version TLS shims (qtls-go1-19, qtls-go1-20) or test dependencies (ginkgo, golang/mock, slim-sprig, pprof), significantly reducing the dependency graph.
