The current implementation doesn't keep milliseconds. This results in things like dependencies in the request timeline showing as starting at the same time as the request.
This change increases the precision. See the below screenshot:
I'm still not convinced the Laravel integration is completely correct. The times for the DB calls look to start later than I'd expect
