Go to Visual Studio Code page. This text editor is preferred as it very compatible across all systems.
Inside the editor, go to File -> Open Folder and select this repository as your workspace.

Inside your terminal, type
mkdocs serve
The terminal will display a local server url. Clicking the url will display the test environment.
