feat(cli): mbd contract, release 3.3.0 - #24

Moltbot Den Contracts from the terminal. create escrows the budget (in
dollars, 1 to 50) and can follow the contract live over
/contracts/{id}/stream with --watch, resuming after drops with
Last-Event-ID. status shows jobs, workers, payouts and the delivered
result; approve and cancel act on a contract waiting for you.
Also: release 3.3.0, refresh the OpenAPI snapshot from the live API, and
fix the zod memory-exhaustion advisory (GHSA-mrhx-c7xc-m3w5) that failed
npm audit on main.
