Removes
claude-code-review.ymlandclaude.yml. Each PR spent several Actions minutes on an LLM review, and comments triggered more runs. Review now happens locally before push, and PRs merge withgh pr merge --squashoncetestis green. CLAUDE.md and README are updated.npm run verifypassed in the pre-push hook.
