SPAdes: We have implemented SPAdes Genome Assembler during the assembly phase. So far it is only implemented for the command-line version and it is mandatory to use a Linux server and at least 30GiB of free Memory RAM. It is available for Roche 454 or Illumina reads (single or paired-end reads)
