This milestone tracks the foundational features required for the initial working version of the application. Key deliverables for M1 include: - **Animated Splash Screen:** Implementation of the initial branded loading screen and transition logic. - **Complete Authentication Flow:** Login and Register UI, alongside Client-Side JWT integration. - **Multi-Step Profile Onboarding:** Implementation of the complete 8-step profile creation flow. - **Core App Navigation & Scaffolding:** Implementation of the post-login Main View, custom bottom navigation bar, base feature directory structures, and global reusable widgets (Loading & Empty States). This milestone is considered complete when a user can launch the app, register/login, complete their onboarding profile, and successfully land on the functional root navigation view of the application.
