Summary

Add Pyroquet 0.1.1 for Linux x86-64, maintained by Str-Gen.

Source is pinned to a923b5926a2867f82fee8f9e4d7c4443793165a6. Compiler, MAX core, zlib and ZSTD versions match the project's release pins. Dependency modules are not bundled. Consumers must set LD_LIBRARY_PATH to their environment's lib directory for the native codec loader, as the recipe tests do.

Evidence

• Before: Pyroquet was distributed as source and required sibling dependency checkouts.
• After: Rattler-Build 0.76.1 built the Conda artifact and tested the installed modules without source/sibling include paths. All 18 native tests plus the FLOAT16/ENUM package smoke check pass under both ASSERT=all and ASSERT=none. The recipe also renders with Rattler-Build 0.30.0, matching the channel's builder range.
• A separate fresh Pixi consumer installed the artifact and published dependencies. Independent-reader checks covered 16 page-V2 fixtures across four codecs, dictionary on/off and required/nullable columns. PyArrow passed all 16. DuckDB completed with documented type/nullability limits. Fastparquet completed eight required cases with limits and failed on eight nullable cases; direct Fastparquet 2026.5.0 reads reproduce the exception without Pyroquet. These are retained nonpasses, not a clean three-reader qualification.
• Native loader probes for all four codecs passed without loading Python. This is package smoke qualification, not a replacement for the project's full release gate.

Door: One-way for a published artifact; corrections should increment the build number.

Blast Radius: Package. Adds a new Linux x86-64 package only; existing recipes are unchanged.
