Adds filelock-mojo 0.1.0 for Unix process locks and atomic UTF-8 file publication. The recipe installs
filelock_mojo.mojocfor Mojo 1.1.0 on macOS ARM64.Validation: anonymous public source fetch, the upstream locked Rattler 0.30.0 build routine, installed smoke tests, recipe schema, pre-commit checks and a fresh Pixi consumer passed locally. Other platforms are explicitly skipped.
