Adds axisweave-mojo 0.1.0 for native Mojo named-axis tensor operations and borrowed views, including explicit Float32 GPU transforms, numeric reductions and binary contractions. The macOS ARM64 recipe pins Mojo 1.1.0 and MAX Core 26.6.0; Float64 remains on the CPU on Apple. Other package platforms are skipped.
Validation: anonymous pinned source fetch, the current upstream Rattler 0.30.0 build routine, schema/pre-commit checks and a fresh three-library Pixi consumer passed. Real Apple M4 Pro checks cover 399 transforms, 66 contractions, 220 rejected inputs and a device-resident sensor pipeline against CPU/NumPy. Both index widths compile for NVIDIA sm_80/sm_90/sm_120; NVIDIA hardware execution remains untested.
MIT license and unchanged upstream notices are packaged. Initial community build number: 0.
