This reverts making the cortex always render translucent. Now, when the user puts the opacity slider at 100%, the brain mesh will become fully opaque. It tweaks the depth culling setting to deal with sensors not rendering properly when over a translucent brain mesh. And it removes some unnecessary setting of matplotlib labels for a legend that is no longer there.
