Transient SQLite database is locked error under concurrent writes. SyncCalendarJob already retries ActiveRecord::StatementTimeout/Deadlocked and SQLite busy StatementInvalid errors with exponential backoff (see retry_on/rescue_from in app/jobs/sync_calendar_job.rb), and #220 closes an unrelated but related race that could surface as a similar-looking crash. Closing as not planned — no further action needed for this specific occurrence.
