Composer: gradient card with soft outer elevation and inset emboss; a smooth accent ring + glow on :focus-within; accent caret and a placeholder that lifts on focus. Send button: gradient fill with highlight inset; :hover lifts (translate + scale + stronger glow), :active presses (scale-down + inset shadow). The sendReady ready-glow is refined and now yields to the hover/press shadow during interaction so the press reads. :disabled is clearly inert. ctool chips: gradient + emboss, hover lift with icon -> accent, satisfying press. kbd keycaps get a premium 2px-base keycap look. CSS-only; reuses existing tokens; reduced-motion handled by the global rule.
