PyYAML's YAML 1.1 loader turned unquoted ISO dates into datetime objects, so fromisoformat crashed, and treated yes/no/on/off as booleans, so an asset id such as NO or created_by no never reached validation as text. Co-authored-by: quantum-like <quantum-like@users.noreply.github.com>

Prepare package version 0.2.0 for the calendar v2 contracts landed in #35 and the YAML scalar/release-preflight fixes landed in #30. Version 1 payload behavior remains compatible. The final diff against main 4e96f30 is one line changing the package version.
