Outcome
Replace the temporary immutable Specs Git dependency with published ml4t-specs>=0.2.0. Only pyproject.toml and uv.lock change; no other locked dependency changes. Integrates current main0737b6a3, including the qualified CME cutover repair. Dependency-maintenance exception: no artificial issue.
Executed qualification

Review and compatibility
Owner reviewed the dependency/lock diff and upstream released contract identity. AI-assisted dependency update and qualification under maintainer direction; no independent reviewer claimed. Full applicable current-head hosted platform/security/package/docs gates remain required before ordinary merge. Python3.15 dependency tracker37 remains open. Data0.2.1 is unchanged; no release or deployment.
