Whole document:

change "first/last 2 bytes" -> "most/least significant bytes"
make keywords/message fields bold in text
clarify that axes in 3D objects are vectors, not points
clarify meaning of different types of IDs, remove references to TUIO 1.1 spec

ALV message - clarifications:

bundles which contain session IDs not referenced not in the ALV message are invalid
session IDs have to appear at least once in the first bundle they are referred to
