Adds wp-executor to the Commandline section: an open-source (MIT/Apache-2.0) single-binary Rust worker that polls a REST job queue published by WordPress and runs host-side work (shell commands, file IO, HTTP) on the operator's own machine under a capability allowlist. Docs, install scripts (systemd/launchd/Windows) and tests are in the repo.
