Extend the glib dynamic-linkage exception in the Linux triplets to fontconfig, freetype, harfbuzz, alsa and jack. The AppImage build delegates these libraries to the host system, so they must be linked against the host copies instead of embedded as static libraries.

The AppImage build delegates fontconfig, freetype, harfbuzz, alsa and jack to the host system (they are excluded from the bundled library set), but the Linux buildenv triplets built them statically, so the AppImage ended up embedding private copies instead of using the host versions.
This extends the existing glib dynamic-linkage exception in the Linux triplets to those five ports, so they are linked against the shared host copies. glib stays dynamic for its own constructor-ordering reason, which is unaffected.
Verified: the fork CI built the x64-linux and x64-linux-rel buildenvs green with these ports built shared.
