chore: drop micromasters and bootcamp-ecommerce from Doof - #510

mitodl/bootcamp-ecommerce is archived, so there is nothing left for Doof to release.
git commit spawns a detached `git maintenance run --auto` that can still be writing .git/objects/info/commit-graphs when the TemporaryDirectory in make_test_repo is removed, failing teardown with ENOTEMPTY. This made release_test.py::test_verify_new_commits error on every full-suite run locally (git 2.56).
The examples used micromasters-eng, which never matched the configured channel (product-micromasters) and no longer maps to a Doof project.

Description (What does it do?)
micromastersfromrepos_info.json. ol-infrastructure#6248 (merged) moved it to the Concourse release-resource workflow, so a@doof releasewould cut arelease-candidatebranch that no pipeline deploys.bootcamp-ecommerce. The repo is archived, so there's nothing left to release.OSError: [Errno 39] Directory not emptyteardown error:make_test_reponow disables git auto-maintenance. npm install && uv sync && uv run ruff check && uv run pytest .: 254 passed, no errors, on three consecutive runs. Before the test fix, the teardown error showed up on every full run with git 2.56.Additional Context
The "7 failed" in the earlier description of this PR came from a checkout without
npm install(git-release-notesmissing), not frommaster.The
product-micromasterschannel is shared with the new release bot, so it stays as it is.
