Closing in favor of #1547.

This PR is a digest re-pin that keeps node on 24.16.0 (9c1d881 → 40ad9f3, Dockerfile + Dockerfile-node). #1547 is the version upgrade that moves node up to the 24.x line (images → 24.17.0, engines.node / CI → 24.18.0), which supersedes this one — once that merges, 24.16.0 is behind, so this digest bump is moot and would only conflict on the same FROM node:… lines.

For the record, this PR did not have the yarn engines problem that #1547 did: it leaves engines.node at 24.16.0 and the images at 24.16.0, so there's no version split for yarn to reject. That issue was specific to #1547's engines 24.18.0 vs image 24.17.0 mismatch and is already fixed there (global ignore-engines in .yarnrc).

No action needed here — tracking the node update in #1547.
