Description (What does it do?)
Add a data migration (courses/migrations/0101_backfill_verified_course_enrollments.py) that backfills verified course-run enrollments for learners who have a verified program enrollment but whose individual course-run enrollments are still stuck on audit mode.
How can this be tested?
Create a verified enrollment for a program.
