Summary

This brings the commit the frame-beta-2 release was cut from into openxr-work. The release tag points at this commit (9bad712), which is openxr-work after PR #3 plus the two changes below. Merging it puts the tag on openxr-work's history.

  • docs/releases/frame-beta-2.md: the published release notes. They cover:
    • the one-command installer, with the disc formats and archives it accepts and how it updates;
    • the README quick start;
    • how to update from frame-beta-1. The game and Dawn are unchanged, so no rebuild is needed;
    • the unchanged known issues and recommended settings.
  • .github/workflows/frame-release.yml: the default tag for a manual run is now frame-beta-2.

Nothing else changes. No code is touched.

Checks

  • The release published from this commit as a pre-release with these notes.
  • The installer's newest-release lookup now returns frame-beta-2.
  • Run through the README's curl one-liner, the script downloaded frame-beta-2 and unpacked and extracted a test disc. It then reached the build step (tested with a stand-in container).

The second beta brings the one-command installer and the README quick
start; the game and Dawn are unchanged since frame-beta-1. The release
workflow's manual run now defaults to this tag.
