Bumps emoji-datasource to 16.0.0 (was 15.0.1) and refreshes emojilib, inflection, and unicode-emoji-json to their current versions, adding version 16 to build.js's VERSIONS list and regenerating only the new sets/16/* snapshot (existing sets/1 through sets/15 are untouched - same content, just built with newer dependency versions available, reverted to keep this diff focused on adding 16.0 support). Adds 36 new emojis (fingerprint, phoenix, lime, harp, shovel, new "facing right" walking/wheelchair variants, new family compositions, flag: Sark, etc.), no removals. Package "main" now points at sets/16/native.json.
