- Rename module to github.com/miqdadyyy/flaggo
- Remove Fiber dependency; core package uses stdlib only
- Replace bool flags with FlagConfig struct (enabled, actors, rollout)
- Add actor-based targeting with context-based identity (WithActor/ActorFrom)
- Add deterministic hash-based percentage rollout using session_id
- Move providers to providers/fileprovider and providers/redisprovider
- Add net/http handler on Flaggo struct (GetHandler) with JSON API
- Move web dashboard to web/ sub-package with dark/light theme toggle, rollout slider, actor targeting UI, search bar, and "Enable all" checkbox
- Add optional basic auth via Config struct
- Add unit tests for core logic, HTTP handler, basic auth, and file provider
- Fix all golangci-lint errcheck issues
