feat(ios): announce undo hold and resume held actions from the goal - #340
시뮬레이터(iPhone 18 Pro, iOS 27.0, Debug, 다크): ⋯ → 되돌리기에서 안내 문구가 나옵니다. 목표 보기에 보류 목록, "재개하면 하던 행동은 보류로 옮겨요.", 강조색 버튼이 보입니다. 재개를 누르면 시트가 닫히고 보류했던 행동이 현재 행동이 됩니다.

Bug Fixes
Invalid resume attempts leave the current action unchanged, and resuming while a smaller-action suggestion is pending cancels that suggestion.
Undo now says the small action stayed on hold, and the goal sheet lists
held actions with 재개 even while a current action exists; resuming
moves the current action to hold (#61). Sheets use the app accent.

being resumed when deferring the current one, clear the undo notice once
the restored action changes, and cover waiting and relaunch in tests.

The core flow exposes deferred actions and allows a deferred action to be resumed from the current-action or on-hold screen. The iOS view lists eligible actions and shows feedback when an action remains held after undo or when resuming another action.
