Problem
AlterCollectionSchemaResponse.index_status is a stale field. AlterCollectionSchema should expose the whole operation result through alter_status.
For drop flows, cascade index cleanup failure should make the whole request fail, instead of returning a separate partial index status.
Expected Change
Remove index_status from AlterCollectionSchemaResponse and regenerate the Go proto API.
