…tools Add read tools flipperzero_system_power_info, flipperzero_system_datetime, and flipperzero_system_protobuf_version backed by new system RPC methods. Add flipperzero_app_start (apps.py), gated behind FLIPPER_ENABLE_WRITE_TOOLS and annotated non-idempotent/non-read-only.
