… sample, benchmarks Add 17 flow record types (NAT Port, InfiniBand LRH/GRH/BRH, HW Trap, Linux Drop Reason, Timestamp, App Parent Context/Initiator/Target, TCP Info, Entities), 4 vendor counter records (Broadcom BST device/port buffers, HW tables; NVIDIA GPU), and Discarded Packet sample type (format=5). Add throughput benchmark (~1.9 GiB/s) and spec validation tool. Bump version to 0.3.0.
