I wonder if this won't run because I'm not a collaborator on the repo... I think for security purposes they only allow collaborators to create workflows. |

Travis has been pretty flakey lately -- we can run CI through GitHub Actions in parallel to ensure that we're getting test/lint feedback on every PR.
One example of an issue -- CI ran for #437 but just wasn't reported back to the PR for some reason 🤷♂️
