chore: use the o<org>.ingest.sentry.io host for the Sentry DSN - #2135

The organisation is US-based; Sentry documents that for US-based
accounts o{orgid}.ingest.sentry.io works as well as the regional
ingest.us host. Align with the organisation's other projects. Key and
project id are unchanged.

Moves the Sentry DSN host from
o4506241219428352.ingest.us.sentry.iotoo4506241219428352.ingest.sentry.io(eFormAPI/Plugins/ItemsPlanning.Pn/ItemsPlanning.Pn/ItemsPlanning.Pn.csproj). Key and project id are unchanged.Sentry's SDK documentation (develop.sentry.dev, SDK transport — authentication): "for sentry.io it will contain a host in the pattern of
o{orgid}.ingest.{region}.sentry.io. For US based accountso{orgid}.ingest.sentry.iowill also work." Other projects of the same organisation already use this host (timeplanning and backendconfiguration plugins, the eFormAPI host, the Angular client).Verified locally: builds (0 errors);
