The tag list served by GET …/items-planning-pn/tags (ItemsPlanningTagsService.GetItemsPlanningTags) is not in Danish alphabetical order. Every tag picker built on it inherits that order, including backend-configuration's "Redigér etiketter" dialog, the tag filters and the task wizard.

Reproduce (fictional data)

Create tags Øko, Beta, Åben, Alfa, Æble and open any tag picker.

Actual: Åben, Alfa, Beta, Æble, Øko. Expected (da-DK): Alfa, Beta, Æble, Øko, Åben (Æ, Ø, Å after Z, in that order).

Root cause

GetItemsPlanningTags sorts in SQL: .Select(...).OrderBy(x => x.Name).ToListAsync(). The order therefore comes from the MariaDB column collation (utf8mb4_general_ci), which folds Å to A and does not apply Danish rules.

Fix sketch

• Load the tags, then sort in memory with a da-DK comparer: StringComparer.Create(CultureInfo.GetCultureInfo("da-DK"), ignoreCase: true). This is the same rule Tags: list a task's tags alphabetically with Danish collation (task list, calendar, compliance, exports) eform-backendconfiguration-plugin#1334 uses for task tags (TagNameComparer.Danish).
• Always da-DK, not the user's language, so the order is deterministic.
• Check the plugin's other endpoints that return tag-name lists for pickers, and apply the same order where they sort.

Tests

• Integration: tags created in the order Øko, Beta, Åben, Alfa, Æble → GetItemsPlanningTags returns Alfa, Beta, Æble, Øko, Åben.
