Summary

  • bump Python runtime to 2.0.3 and add changelog entry
  • bump Rust crates to 2.0.2 and refresh Cargo.lock
  • bump TypeScript packages to 2.0.1, refresh package-lock, and add changelog entry
  • update release manifest versions for Python/Rust/TypeScript

Release plan after merge

  • push python/2.0.3 tag on the merged release commit
  • push typescript/2.0.1 tag on the merged release commit
  • add/keep release: rust label so the Rust publish workflow creates rust/2.0.2 and publishes crates after merge

Validation

  • npm run format:check in runtime/typescript
  • npm run build -- --silent in runtime/typescript
  • cargo metadata --locked --manifest-path runtime\rust\Cargo.toml --no-deps --format-version 1
  • git diff --check

Prepare patch releases for the OpenAI Responses fallback fix.
