Microsoft Account no longer recognized - Edge Developer account inaccessible #736

Hello Microsoft Edge team,

We are looking for guidance because we no longer have any way to contact support through the normal channels.

Our Microsoft Account (veevee.app@outlook.com), which owned our Microsoft Edge Developer account, is no longer recognized by the Microsoft sign-in system. It now says that the account does not exist.

At approximately the same time:

• our Edge extension was removed from the Microsoft Edge Add-ons Store and marked as malware;
• we lost access to the Developer Dashboard;
• we did not receive any notification or warning email;
• we were not provided with any details about the reason for the malware classification;
• we were not given an opportunity to review or correct any potential issues.
• Since the Microsoft Account itself is no longer recognized, we cannot sign in to Partner Center or create a support request using the original developer account.

We fully understand Microsoft's responsibility to protect users. However, we would appreciate transparency regarding what happened in this case.

Could you please advise:

• Which team can investigate a Microsoft Account associated with an Edge Developer account that is no longer recognized?
• How can we request a review of the extension removal if we no longer have access to the original developer account?
• Is there an alternative support channel for situations like this?
