CI already checks rustdoc, but its existing feature selection and private-documentation coverage leave some workspace documentation unchecked. I want these errors caught automatically rather than during review.

Check the entire workspace with --all-features --document-private-items, keep -D rustdoc::all, and fix the documentation errors exposed by the broader check.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Keep the current narrower checks, which leave the additional documentation outside CI coverage.

#1397 tracks reducing repetitive review effort. #1334 introduced the existing rustdoc CI check.
