The new logging role is now used with GW API instead of ingress, so this PR is now based on #331. |

Description
Some changes for using the new loki chart. Merge after metal-stack/metal-roles#647.
Logging should be deployed after monitoring, as it needs ServiceMonitors to exist if monitoring enabled.
